Job Description
The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the entire showroom experience — from greeting walk-ins to helping design and quote
projects, processing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires both client-facing showroom support and ongoing relationship development.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, flooring, countertops, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Office, and basic business software.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and blueprints.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with initiative and a competitive drive.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently when needed.
- High School diploma required.

- Pay will consist of a guaranteed base salary between $41.6K to 52K PLUS quarterly incentive-based bonuses increasing total compensation to $60K+

Responsibilities
Greeting all showroom visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
Assisting clients with product selection, demonstrating samples, and offering design guidance based on current trends and showroom inventory.
Creating and quoting design projects, including interpreting drawings, blueprints, and client needs.
Processing sales orders, deposits, and project documentation in QuickBooks.
Scheduling assessments, follow-up appointments, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintaining the showroom appearance, including opening and closing responsibilities.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales quotas through upselling and solution-based selling.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers both in the showroom and through follow-up communications.
