PROJECT MANAGER JOB POSTING
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Project Manager will be responsible for creating accuratejob routes, job priorities and daily schedules in coordination with installersand other Project Managers. They will arrive at each job site and meet with thecustomer to perform walk-throughs and job detail confirmations, and assess thejobsite for any unforeseen issues before project start.
They will also ensure that installers are prepared properlybefore each job and that the jobsite is thoroughly organized and neat inappearance at all times with the proper materials being on hand for eachjobsite. Recruitment of new installers will also be expected.
Inspection of the jobsite after work completion and resolvingpromptly any punch issues, answering customer questions and ensuring customersatisfaction are also critical aspects of this position.
Finally, assisting the warehouse occasionally, providingaccurate Quick Book Sales and Work Order updates, calendar notes and events, aswell as keeping an open line of communication between the scheduler, warehouse,other Project Managers, the Granite and sales teams will round out the primaryresponsibilities of this position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· At least one year ofexperience in the construction, countertops, or flooring industries preferred
· At least two yearsof project management experience
· One year of QuickBooks experience (preferred)
· High School Diploma
· Effectivemulti-tasking and communication skills
· A keen ability totroubleshoot issues and concerns promptly
· Thorough productknowledge of flooring and countertop material and proper installation.
