LOCATION: Lafayette and Acadiana Area (Anything 45+ miles West of Baton Rouge)
We’re hiring a dynamic, organized Production Project Manager to support our high-volume builder accounts in the Acadiana area.
This role combines project management, field coordination, and measurement/assessment responsibilities, ensuring jobs are accurately prepared, crews are ready, and installs run smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll be the bridge between our builders, installers, and internal teams, coordinating crews, verifying jobsite accuracy, preventing delays, and keeping quality high across every install.
What You’ll Do:
Perform builder jobsite walk-throughs and scope confirmations
Conduct accurate jobsite assessments and provide photos, notes, and measurements.
Ensure materials and teams are ready, organized, and on time
Handle punch issues efficiently and clearly communicate updates
Keep QuickBooks Sales and Work Orders accurate
Maintain job calendars and documentation
Collaborate daily with scheduling, warehouse, sales, and builders
Assist with field team support and installer management
Who You Are:
Process-oriented and comfortable with daily logistics
Familiar with builder-side expectations and fast-paced install schedules
Experienced in construction, flooring, or countertop projects (1+ year preferred)
Project management or scheduling background (2+ years preferred)
Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset
